Hedgehogs

Each hedgehog adopted from Curious Quills Hedgehogs will receive a take-home package that includes the following items:

• Ten day supply of food
• A container of mealworms
• Lap blanket
• Birth certificate (once you decide on a name) with International Hedgehog Registration (IHR) number
• Print out of care and maintenance instructions

Please note: It is important to acclimate your new companion to its new home first and then change the diet, if you intend to switch to another dry kibble from what is provided in the supplied bag of food.

Adoption Process

If you are interested in adopting an available hedgehogs, please fill out the application form below. Applicants will be contacted shortly after the submission with further details regarding the adoption. Please note: Those who choose to pay the non-refundable $50 deposit will be notified, in order of payment received, of their opportunity to reserve a hedgehog. Once all the hedgehogs have been adopted, those remaining on the waiting list will be carried over to a future litter. It is also possible to take a pass for a hedgehog from a future litter, if none of the currently available hedgehogs are of interest for adoption.

Please read through the Hedgehog Refund & Exchange Policy. All those who are adopting a hoglet or hedgehog will be required to sign a hard copy of this policy before any hoglet leaves the possession of Curious Quills Hedgehogs.
